Terms of Service

Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pipe-daddy.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by UBC Tech Services LLC (DBA Hella Intelligence). By using the Service — including submitting the service-request form at pipe-daddy.com/leads/new — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and SMS Consent & Messaging Disclosures.

The service

Pipe Daddy is an operations platform that connects you with independent plumbing, drain, and home-service franchises in your area. We route your service request to the appropriate franchise, coordinate scheduling, and send transactional notifications about your appointment.

Role of franchises

Service work is performed by the franchise serving your address — not by Hella Intelligence or Pipe Daddy. Each franchise is independently owned and operated. The franchise is solely responsible for the quality, pricing, workmanship, and warranty of the service it provides. Hella Intelligence operates the SMS, scheduling, and dispatch platform on behalf of the franchise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit a service request you do not intend to follow through on.
• Use a phone number or email address that is not yours, or that you do not have authority to provide.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service or any associated systems.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or harass others.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

SMS communications

• Program name: Roto-Rooter Pocatello via Pipe Daddy.
• Program description: transactional service messages only — request confirmation, appointment reminders, "technician on the way"/ETA notifications, a one-time post-service review request, and recurring-service reminders — sent to customers who submit a service request and consent at pipe-daddy.com/leads/new. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
• Message frequency: varies by your service activity — typically 2–6 messages per service interaction; recurring-plan customers receive 1–2 additional messages per year per plan.
• Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Pipe Daddy and the franchise do not charge you for SMS.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help/support.
• Support: accounts@hellaintel.com or call Roto-Rooter Pocatello directly. Carriers and Twilio are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Hella Intelligence does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Hella Intelligence, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to customers with an open service interaction or by a banner on this page for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bannock County, Idaho.
